Mumbai, September 19, 2024: TAC Infosec Limited (NSE: TAC), a leading player in the cybersecurity industry, today issued a clarification concerning a typographical error in its recently released Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24.
The error, found in Annexure E – Management Discussion and Analysis, pertained to an incorrect company name being inadvertently included in the section on threat risks and concerns. The error occurred due to an oversight by the company’s design vendor, who was managing multiple reports concurrently. Despite the company’s robust compliance review process, this error was unfortunately overlooked during the final proofing.
TAC Infosec Limited sincerely regrets this oversight and apologizes to all stakeholders for any confusion this may have caused. The company has since corrected the Annual Report and distributed the revised version to all shareholders.

The company has officially notified the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) regarding the correction and filed the updated version of the Annual Report for the record.
