Business Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

‍— Good understanding of project life cycle

— Adept at producing required documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plan, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrix

— Able to analyze and precisely file the business and systems requirements

— Create monthly reports on the overall performance and the targets achieved; point out the areas of improvement and give recommendations accordingly

— Develops an effective communication process to keep others up to date on the project results

— Able to maintain logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates

— Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction

— Elicit business and user requirements via workshops, customer meetings, workflow storyboards, user stories, process modeling, analysis of competitive systems and other methods.

— Manage the status of requirements and the underlying feature throughout the project lifecycle.

SKILLS YOU HAVE

— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

— Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

— Strong written, verbal and collaboration skill
