— Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to determine needs and priorities to create an effective recruiting process.
— Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy.
— Spearhead recruiting efforts and conduct phone screens for a wide variety of technical positions.
— Deliver a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process.

— Act as the primary point of contact to build deep and influential candidate relationships during the entire interview process.
SKILLS YOU HAVE
— 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
— Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
