This is the second consecutive year when Trishneet has made it to the coveted list.
In its third year of existence, the Great People Manager Study, which is considered to be among the largest of its kind, involved nominations by 10,273 managers collectively representing 4,189 organizations across all sectors. The evaluation and scrutiny spanned over 18 months starting April 2020. Particularly for this year’s edition, the ranking also evaluated greatness in leadership exhibited by the People Managers when humankind faced one of the worst crises in the form of pandemics.
