Mumbai, September 30, 2024 – TAC InfoSec Limited (formerly known as TAC Infosec Private Limited) has successfully completed the acquisition of TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C., a UAE-based cybersecurity consultancy firm. The acquisition, first announced on July 15, 2024, was completed following the receipt of the requisite Trade License from the Department of Economic Development, UAE, on September 29, 2024.
With this acquisition, TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C. has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAC InfoSec Limited, further expanding the company’s global presence and enhancing its service offerings in the cybersecurity consultancy space.

The acquisition is aligned with TAC InfoSec Limited’s strategy to strengthen its direct engagement with cross-border clients, providing comprehensive and cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This strategic move also bolsters TAC InfoSec Limited’s ability to cater to the increasing cybersecurity needs of clients across various regions, particularly in the Middle East.

- Percentage of Shareholding: TAC InfoSec Limited now holds 100% of the shares in TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C.
- Date of Incorporation of the UAE Entity: April 27, 2024.
TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C. is a newly incorporated firm and has yet to commence its operations. It is licensed to offer a variety of cybersecurity-related services, including computer systems consultancy, network consultancy, and IT consultancy, among others.
