- Vishal Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 24, 2024. Mr. Jain is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant with over 22 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Treasury Operations, Financial Analysis, and Internal Controls Framework. He brings extensive experience from the Cargo & Logistic and Travel Industry sectors.
- Appointment of Secretarial Auditor:
- SCS and Co. LLP has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. M/s. SCS and Co. LLP is a Practising Company Secretary firm that provides comprehensive secretarial and compliance-related services applicable to both listed and unlisted companies. Their services cover Company/Corporate Laws, SEBI Laws, SEBI (LODR)/Listing Regulations, SEBI ICDR Regulations, National Company Law Tribunal services, RBI Laws, IBC, Valuation of securities under IBBI/Companies Act/Income Tax Act/FEMA, IEC, Trademark/Intellectual Property, and other allied professional services.
