30th September 2024; Mohali, Punjab, India: TAC Infosec Limited (formerly known as TAC Infosec Private Limited) held its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 30, 2024, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility. The meeting commenced at 04:05 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 04:52 P.M. (IST), in accordance with the provisions of relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Key Highlights from the AGM:

  1. Chairman’s Address:
    Trishneet Arora, Chairman, Executive Director, and CEO of TAC Infosec Limited, addressed the shareholders, highlighting the company’s impressive financial performance during the fiscal year 2023-24. The company reported an exceptional Profit After Tax (PAT) of INR 23.22 million, with a profit margin of 47.74%, reflecting a 94.45% increase in profitability. Trishneet Arora also emphasized the company’s achievements, including the receipt of the ISO 17025 certification, the addition of over 1,000 clients from 55 countries, and the launch of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to recognize employee contributions.
  2. Resolutions Passed:
    The following resolutions were presented and passed during the AGM:
    • Adoption of Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
    • Re-appointment of Mr. Charanjit Singh (DIN: 07567588), who retired by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment.
  3. Appointment of Hector Hugo Balderas Jr.:
    The Chairman highlighted the recent appointment of Hector Hugo Balderas Jr., former Attorney General of New Mexico, as an Additional Director of TAC Security Inc., the company’s U.S. subsidiary. This appointment reinforces TAC Infosec’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the U.S. market.
  4. Expansion and Recognition:
    During the AGM, Trishneet Arora reiterated the company’s significant growth, marked by its strategic acquisitions in the USA and UAE, alongside the successful expansion of the ESOF (Enterprise Security in One Framework) platform. Additionally, TAC Infosec was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024.

Conclusion:
The AGM was concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which shareholders were able to interact with the company’s leadership. The Chairman thanked all employees, customers, partners, and investors for their continued support.
