Mumbai, India – October 18, 2024 – TAC Infosec Limited (formerly TAC Infosec Private Limited), a leading player in the cybersecurity domain, today announced the non-applicability of Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to the Company.
In a communication to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), TAC Infosec Limited confirmed that the Company fulfills the exemption criteria provided under Regulation 15(2)(b) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. As TAC Infosec Limited is listed on the NSE’s SME Emerge Platform, the Company is exempt from submitting the quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Corporate Governance Reports as per Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
