The Board of Directors has approved the following appointments and resignation to further strengthen the company’s leadership and strategic direction:
- Appointment of Mr. Chinmay Tikendrakumar Chokshi as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Effective December 7, 2024, Mr. Chinmay Chokshi has joined TAC Infosec as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. A seasoned professional with over four years of expertise in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, Mr. Chokshi brings extensive experience in due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and fund-raising activities. - Appointment of Mr. Malkit Singh Bharaj as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Also effective December 7, 2024, Mr. Malkit Singh Bharaj has been appointed as the company’s CFO. With over 14 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and corporate financial reporting under global standards such as IFRS and US GAAP, Mr. Bharaj’s leadership will further strengthen the company’s financial strategy and operations. - Resignation of Mr. Bharatkumar Amrutlal Panchal as Non-Executive Director
The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Bharatkumar Amrutlal Panchal, Non-Executive Director, due to a conflict with his current role. His resignation is effective from December 7, 2024. The company expresses its gratitude to Mr. Panchal for his valuable contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
