Vikram Shete is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience in managing various aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Business Partnering at TAC Security, Vikram oversees strategic HR initiatives and ensures that the organization’s human capital is aligned with its business objectives.
With a strong focus on stakeholder management and HR transformation, Vikram is instrumental in designing and implementing HR policies that drive efficiency and foster a positive work environment. His leadership in HR business partnering ensures that TAC Security maintains a competitive edge by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Before joining TAC Security, Vikram held senior HR roles at ESP Global Services and Jio, where he was responsible for HR strategy development, talent management, and state-level HR leadership. His extensive experience in managing HR operations across various industries has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee relations.
Vikram holds an MBA in HR from the Mitcon Institute of Management, Pune, and is currently pursuing an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, further enhancing his strategic HR capabilities.
