(2) Send notices to you. We may send you notices related to the service when necessary (for example when we suspend a single service, change, or stop providing a single service due to system maintenance).

If you do not wish to continue to receive messages we have pushed, you may request us to stop the push. For example: According to the SMS unsubscribe guidelines, you may request us stop sending promotional SMS messages or set up on mobile devices to stop receiving messages from us. However, except when we send messages according to the provisions of the law or the service agreement of individual services.

We do not sell, lease or rent collected or received Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to any non-affiliate companies or entities otherwise. Any information you provide us shall be only upon consent and company ensures to address confidentiality and privacy until discarded completely. We shall; if need be; sharing your information with subsidiaries and trusted partners and our own services providers that support the services that we provide.

    • 3.  Perform our obligations under this Privacy Policy or other agreements entered into between you and us and exercise our rights;

    • 4.  Share with third parties including the partners who entrusts us to promote, but we will only provide such third parties with the information relating to the coverage and effectiveness of the promotion, not any information which will identify you, such as name, telephone number or email address; or we will summarize these information so that it will not identify you personally. For example, we can notify such third parties how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased their goods after viewing such information, or provide them with statistical information that could not identify personal identity and help them understand their audiences or customers.

    • 5.  To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, in order to comply with the law, protect us and our affiliates or partners, you or other users or the public interest, property or safety from harm, such as to prevent fraud and other illegal activities and reduce credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. 1.  As with the continuous development of our business, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ask new companies and organizations that hold your information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will ask the company and organization to ask you for authorization again.

We retain the identifiable data we collect directly for marketing purposes for as little time as possible, after which we employ measures to permanently delete it or, in some cases, de - identify the data. TAC Security Inc. is a global business and it, or its service providers, may process, transfer, and store information about our users on servers located in a number of countries outside the user’s country of origin including in India. Since we are committed to protecting your information, we take steps to ensure that there are appropriate safeguards in place when we transfer that data.

In the course of providing Services or otherwise, your data will be transferred to numerous countries. In some of these locations, data protection laws may be less stringent than in your country. To ensure that your data is adequately protected, we transfer your data subject to suitable safeguards being in place as mentioned before.

8. Age Limit

We recommend that any minor who participates in online activity should obtain prior consent from parents or his/her legal guardian (“Guardian”). We will protect information about minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Policy, you should first contact us on info@tacsecurity.com. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

If the user is still not satisfied, after thorough investigation has been performed, regarding our compliance with this privacy policy. The same shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in Court. The place of such arbitration is operative as follows:

"Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning, scope operation or effect of this privacy policy or the validity or the breach of this privacy policy thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the applicable law shall be Indian law with the venue of Arbitration to be in India and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties.”

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings tending to this policy will be conducted only on an individual basis and not other in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the law applicable shall be Indian Law.

If in case any users’ privacy is compromised at the hands of any third party that the Service may encounter, it shall be the strict liability of that third party service to examine any such case. And if such third party service is found in breach of its privacy policy, the user has the right to take appropriate action against that third party service in accordance to their privacy policy. This absolves the (our service) from any liability in case of any breach of users privacy at the hands of any third party service/software.
