We're looking to hire a industry specialist who like to take ownership and focused on developing and delivering (sell-with & sell-through) integrated security solutions. Our team is built on trust, accountability and transparency. We sometimes ask a lot from our employees, but always reciprocate back with the same flexibility they give us.

This position is an opportunity to establish and grow business & technical relationships with API integration partners, driving revenue growth and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To incubate and grow sales for cyber security platform
  • Managing and growing our channel partner network across the world
  • Managing complex commercial/legal negotiations/contracts
  • Engage the direct Sales, technology partner Sales, Channels and end-customers to create and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Review, draft and manage reseller and partnership focused commercial agreements.
  • Manage program/project schedules and associated dependencies, identify risks and communicate to key stakeholders. Drive issues to logical closure.
  • To represent the client in various events and conferences and should be comfortable presenting to large audience
  • To Manage and coordinate with pen-testing team, security products team.
  • Play important role in Technical Consulting, Process Consulting, Managed Security Services, Security Trainings and Security Product divisions/teams.
  • Handle business issues/customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Work with channel sales representatives on developing account management plans
  • Follow up with and pursue opportunities to logical closure
  • Identify and pursue new regions, sectors, and areas where opportunities can be developed
  • Achieve targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with monthly goals to be managed by high degree for forecast accuracy
  • Work with the product specialist team and encourage cross team collaboration
  • Must have conversant with government/PSU tender processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team building up strategies around client acquisition and retention.
  • Develop long and lasting relationships with clients, effectively engage new businesses.
  • Gain access to decision makers of the organisation CIO/CISO level, helping building up additional business scope with them.
  • Balancing both the strategic and tactical elements of deal negotiation
  • Growing CLIENT's presence in the NBFC, HFC, Banks etc. industry
  • Extending external networks with key insurance distributors across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs
  • Contribution to proposal development including in areas of client insight, approach, pricing, and deal closure
  • Leadership of key dimensions of thought leadership and proactive client engagement strategies
  • Developing internal networks with key stake holders

Preferred Qualification:

  • 10+ years of work experience across Product Management and Business Development in a global technology or consulting company.
  • Clear track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects that accelerated sales revenue.
  • Understanding of Security Services integration
  • Public speaking skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-function audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology. MBA preferred
